NetMusic Terms of Service

Last updated: June 22, 2026

1. Service Description

NetMusic is an iOS app for browsing, indexing, playing, caching and downloading personal audio files from storage locations selected by the user. Supported sources may include Google Drive, OneDrive, Baidu Netdisk, WebDAV, SMB, FTP and Wi-Fi Transfer.

NetMusic does not provide a music catalog, copyrighted media library, public sharing service, cloud storage account, file hosting service or developer-operated storage relay.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access, import, stream, cache, download and play the files you use with NetMusic. You may not use NetMusic to infringe copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, account terms, network rules or other lawful rights of others.

You are responsible for the storage accounts, servers, credentials, network locations and files you connect to the app. Only connect services and networks that you trust.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Drive, OneDrive, Baidu Netdisk and other third-party services are provided by their respective providers, not by NetMusic. WebDAV, SMB and FTP servers may be operated by you or by a third party. Their availability, account status, rate limits, content rules, security practices and data processing are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Third-party sign-ins in NetMusic are optional storage access flows. They are not used to create a NetMusic account or to provide social login for a NetMusic service.

4. Local Network and Wi-Fi Transfer

Wi-Fi Transfer starts only when you enable it and provides a page on your local network for uploading and managing files in the app. Use it only on trusted networks and stop the service when you are finished.

FTP is an unencrypted protocol. If you choose to use FTP, you accept the risk of using it on any network that is not trusted or protected.

5. Local Data, Cache and Downloads

Offline downloads, cache files, imported Wi-Fi Transfer files, artwork and indexes use storage on your device. You can remove accounts, clear cache, delete downloads and delete Wi-Fi Transfer files in the app. Removing local library entries does not delete source files from a third-party storage service unless a separate delete action is clearly provided and confirmed.

6. Privacy

Your use of NetMusic is also governed by the Privacy Policy. NetMusic does not sell personal data, provide advertising, operate analytics tracking or send your personal library, playback history, credentials or files to a developer-operated server.

7. Service Changes and Availability

Third-party APIs, account permissions, network conditions, file formats and operating system behavior may change. Some features may become unavailable, require reauthorization or work differently if a provider changes its service or if your device is offline.

8. Disclaimer

NetMusic is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not responsible for third-party storage services, user-provided servers, network connections, user content, lost files, unavailable accounts or indirect losses arising from use of the app.

9. Updates and Contact

These terms may be updated as app features, platform requirements and legal requirements change. For support, contact the NetMusic maintainer at xl243260450@gmail.com.
